Terms
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms govern your use of Back to 50, a game created by Culture Awareness. By purchasing or using the game, you agree to these Terms.
When you pay for Back to 50, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it on your own devices. You do not own the game itself — the code, brand, and game design remain the property of Culture Awareness.
The game is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. If you are under 16, please play with the awareness and consent of a parent or guardian.
We may remove leaderboard entries that breach these rules and reserve the right to restrict access for serious or repeated abuse.
Back to 50 is a one-time purchase of £0.99 / $0.99 / €0.99. Payment is processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
Under UK and EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right to cancel for digital purchases — unless you've started using the product, in which case you waive this right. App Store and Play Store refunds follow their own policies.
The only content you create is a display name you enter to submit scores. You grant us permission to display that name alongside your score on the public Top 100. Please do not enter anything you would not want shown in public.
We may update the game from time to time — bug fixes, new modes, tuning. We try not to break the paid experience.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available." We can't guarantee the leaderboard service will always be available or error-free. The offline game itself works without a network connection.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culture Awareness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using the game you accept that policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If we change these Terms, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date.
